NOW HIRING: ARTIST MANAGER

As a manager, you're the equivalent of the artist’s biggest fan! You will be working closely with Youssra to help in making major decisions regarding the creative and business direction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Youssra's day-to-day professional activities and logistics.
• Coordinating tours: itineraries, travel, accommodation, passports and visa appointments for Youssra and the band.
• Manage social media plat forms.
• Communicate with event organizers, theaters and clients.
• Plan projects, recordings, photo-sessions and collaborations. 
• making sure that everything is happening on time, dealing with designers, photographers, print-houses, promoters..etc
• Developing a comprehensive career strategy, encompassing live performances, recordings, marketing, and branding.
• Building strong relationships with industry contacts, including booking agents, record labels, and media outlets.
• Overseeing the creative process, including album production, music video development, and stage presence.
• Facilitating communication between Youssra and the musicians in the band, managing rehearsals, soundchecks, technical riders and backstage needs.
• Negotiating contracts and securing lucrative deals for Youssra.
• Deal with legal entities
• Updating budgets, expenses and managing financial plans.
• Providing ongoing guidance and support to Youssra, fostering her artistic growth and development.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in art or cultural management is a must, preferably within the indie music scene.
• A deep understanding of the current music industry and the situation in Egypt.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for Youssra's music and a genuine desire to champion her success.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to details, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Resident in Cairo
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English is a must.
• Experience in creative marketing and branding is a plus.
